Japanese Food

 There are a lot of Japanese foods. What Japanese food do you like and don't you like? Of curse, I like most Japanese food but especially, I like fried chicken called karaage in Japanese and sushi. I think most foreign people don't like natto because of its smell and I don't like natto too.


How to cook karaage? First, we cut chicken breast meat into bite-size pieces. Then, we soak those in a sauce which is made of soy sauce, sweet sake for seasoning, sugar, and minced ginger for at least 30min to overnight. Minced ginger is very important because it accentuates the flavor. Then, add potato starch powder to them. Finally, deep-fry them at about 180 degrees until their color becomes light brown.


Most people don't like natto because of its smell or its texture but I'm fine with them. The best reason why I don't like it is when I eat it, my stomach becomes hurt. But I don't even know why that happens.
